One & Only Fitness Consulting provides consulting services to health clubs and fitness centers ranging from small boutique studios to large multipurpose facilities. As the membership sales counselor, you will be expected to help prospects find the right membership for them. This job will include both inside and outside marketing/prospecting.

Responsibilities

Establish sales through prospecting, and helping walk in traffic find a membership

Learn to run numbers, manage a club, and develop a team environment

Track numbers for personal sales and team goals

Develop sales and marketing strategies

Build relationships with the members at the gym

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, personal training, or gym related business

Familiarity with using computers and gym software

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to charismatically communicate with members and prospects

We are looking for people that are driven and wanting to further their career in the field of fitness. Sales experience is recommended, but if you have the desire to learn, we will develop you into a great salesperson. This position is full time, and comes with medical benefits, PTO, and a free gym membership. This is a stepping stone to building a great resume in the field, and developing the tools needed to go anywhere with the solid foundation EFC will give you.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
